I, Klemens B. Meyer of Route 2, Box 49,
Damascus Virginia, write this document
to be my last will and testament,
thereby revoking all wills heretofore made by me.
I leave all my property, real and personal,
to my wife Laura Meyer, if she survives me.
If my wife does not survive me,
I leave all my property, real and personal,
in equal shares, to my children.
I appoint my father Ernst J. Meyer and my mother Margaret
Meyer to be the guardians of my children and the custodians
of their property.
I appoint my father Ernst J. Meyer to be executor of my
estate and ask that he be permitted to serve without bond.
