capitation fee maillist

This is an unmoderated maillist for the study of capitation
fees as a mechanism for remunerating health care providers.
The capitation fee list serves to collect and to disseminate
technical information concerning the the administration,
economics, psychology and sociology of capitation fees.

The capitation fee maillist is non-ideological.  Its purpose
is the free exchange of ideas and of data.  It has no bias
in favor of or against any class of insurors or against any
class of providers.  It respects all opinions that listmembers
may hold on controversial issues. "Flaming" and personal
attacks are not permitted.

Associated with the capitation fee list is the Capitation Fee
Exchange which matches corporate, government or private
purchasers of healthcare with providers offering capitated
services.
