I replaced the left headlight on the Valiant.
Since the right headlight is also likely to fail
soon, I bought a second unit for the right side
as well,  which, however, I have not installed.
For two reasons: 1) to check the alignment of
the left headlight this evening. In fact both
right and left lights seem to me unduly high;
I need your opinion about this. 2) installing
the unit was in fact quite a production, and I
thought it might be worth your while to install
the right one yourself, or at least watch me do
it, in case you should ever have to do it yourself.

Margaret and I are about to take a quick trip to
Deck House in Acton  (1:06 p.m. now). As soon as
I get back I expect to start putting another coat
of plaster on the kitchen ceiling.
