Building with Nantucket in Mind -
I have just telephoned the Historic District Commission
and have acsertained the following:
1. Meetings are open to the public
2. Minutes of Meetings are open to the publuic
3. All building plans that have been filed, approved, rejected,
   modified, are accessible to the public.
4. There is a photocopying machine on the premises
   and documents may be copied.
5. The commission's offices are open Monday through
   Friday 9 to 4, including the Friday after Thanksgiving

It seems to me obvious that before spending much more time
on drawing plans, one or both of us should go over and have
a look at some of the documents. I will make definite
plans as soon as you decide whether or not you should come.

I am interested trying to use the camcorders to record
plans, documents, etc. I will experiment a few minutes today
to ascertain whether resolution is adequate. It, as I expect,
it is, I would try to use videocapture techniques to get
individual frames onto hard disk.
