Dear Ms. Saillant,

I have given further thought to a possible
compromise to the above captioned dispute:
The Town of Nantucket agrees to inspect 
a) the plumbing
b) the wiring
c) the framing
which I believe at this time to be complete
and in substantial compliance with applicable codes.
then to submit to me in writing its requirements
for the modifications, if any, which it requires
for its approval.

Upon receipt of these specifications I will obtain
bids from licensed contractors for the additional work,
if any, that the Town requires.

If I can find licensed contractors willing to do
the required additional work at a cost acceptable to me
will then hire them to the additional work required
by the Town.
