Thank you for sending me the 10 ml. vial of Rabvac-3
which arrived properly chilled in its styrofoam container.

In addition to the 10 ml. vial of Rabvac-3 which I ordered,
and for which you properly charged my credit card $29.98
the container which I received contained two boxes of
of 25x1 dose Galaxy DA2PPv Canine Distemper Vaccine
which I did not order, for which, since I am not a veterinarian,
I have no use, and for which you did not, and may not, charge me.

I am writing to offer to return the two boxes of DA2PPv vaccine
to you in the styrofoam container AT YOUR EXPENSE, if you will:
a) instruct me to what temperature the plastic water bags should be
chilled prior to mailing, and
b) if you arrange to have the shipment picked up by Fedex at an
agreed upon time.

If you arrange for return of the DA2PPv vaccine, I should like,
with your permission, to return also the RabVac-3 vial unopened,
because the stray dog for whom it was intended has a new owner
who will take him to a veterinarian for the rabies prophylaxis.

Both the RabVac-3 and the DA2PPv vaccines have been continuously
refigerated at 5 degrees C, from the time they have been received.
