        Enclosed are one unopened 10 ml. vial of Rabvac-3
        anti-rabies vaccine and two unopened boxes of
        25x1 dose Galaxy DA2PPv Canine Distemper Vaccine
        The Rabvac-3 was ordered and paid for.
        The Galaxy DA2PPv Canine Distemper Vaccine was 
        not ordered and was not paid for.
        
        Both items arrived properly refrigerated
        on Sept 11, 2009 at 12:46 p.m.
        and have from the time they were received
        been continuously refrigerated at 5 degrees C
        until they were placed in the styrofoam container
        packaged between sealed plastic bags of iced water.
        The sealed package will continue to be refrigerated
        until it is picked up by FedEx.
