Dear Cyndy, Thank you for your letter. It turns out that my sister is quite ill in Konnarock, probably vomiting blood, now for the fifth day. She csancelled her airline reservation to fly to Boston today because she was too sick to get ready, tells me on the phone that she will come tomorrow, but that promise is so unlikely to be fulfilled that Margaret and I should get packed and be on our way as soon as possible. I'll write to you again from Konnarock, if we get there, or from Belmont if we don't. Stay well and give my best to Ned. Jochen
