         To the Trustees and Successor Trustees
             of the above captioned Trusts:
         
         I hereby relinquish my rights to revoke the above-captioned 
         trusts and to transfer or to assign to persons other than the
         lineal descendants of Heinz Meyer and their spouses my
         beneficial interest in the above captioned trusts, except
         with the consent of the Trustee.
         
         I hereby authorize the Trustee to make such amendments to
         the Trust as he deems necessary to protect the interests of
         the Trust, provided that all beneficiaries of the Trust shall
         be affected equally by such amendments.
         
         The acts hereinabove set forth shall be separable, and the
         invalidation of one by a court of law shall not affect the
         validity of the others.
