To the Trustee of the Trust
                          holding the property at
                  at 3 Red Barn Road, Nantucket MA 02554

           Whereas I have never accepted ownership of any shares of
           beneficial interest in the 3 Red Barn Road Trust, and
           
           Whereas I have never contributed to the payment of real estate
           taxes or to other expenses associated with the trust, and
           
           Whereas I have never set foot on the trust property, and
           
           Whereas I do not wish to have in common with my brother
           Ernst J. Meyer, with his family or with his descendants,
           any interest in real or personal property,
           
           I hereby reliquish my interest in all shares of beneficial
           interest that have been issued to me, and direct the Trustee
           to dispose of such shares as required by the terms of the
           Trust, and to treat such shares as if they had never been
           issued to me.
