_         Dear Mr. Adams,

_         This letter, which I will transmit by fax is to confirm our
_         telephone conversation of this afternoon, is to authorize
_         the removal from Apt. 1615 of all furniture belonging to the
_         estate of Margrit Meyer.
_
_         I have spoken on the 'phone with a gentleman who identified
_         only as "Alan" and works at an establishment that calls
_         itself "Bargain Dollar Resale", 3755 Holborn Street, Detroit
_         MI 48211, 313-923-2480. Alan told me that he had visited
_         Apt 1615 at the Pavilion today, and after inspecting the
_         furniture there, he offered to remove it without charge. We
_         agreed that no money should change hands. I instructed Alan
_         that the electric range, the refrigerator, the venetian blinds,
_         the loose slats lying in the small bedroom and the closet
_         doors lying on the floor of the hallway were all Pavilion
_         property and should not be taken.
_
_         Alan proposes to remove the furniture on Friday, January 29,
_         2010.  My two brief telephone conversations with him left me
_         with a favorable inpression of Alan as a responsible individual.
_         Please give Alan access to the furniture that belonged to my
_         sister and take whatever precautions you consider appropriate
_         for the protection of the property of the Pavilion.
