         The enclosed check for $238.00 is to defray the
         balance of the subsidy for your apartment rent
         that my sister promised you. The period in issue
         comprises five months, January through May 2010.
         The monthly subsidy of $221 times five is $1105.
         For January, I paid $646 to Mr. Adams. For February,
         I paid $221 to you, leaving the balance $238 which
         is enclosed. Please correct me, if my arithmetic
         is wrong.
