           Dear Justices Kafker, Sikora and Vuono:

                Kimberly M. Saillant, Esq., attorney for the Town of Nantucket,
           has sent me a copy of a letter to you concerning the above-captioned
           case. The letter is dated February 23, 2010, thirteen days after the
           hearing at which it was requested.

                It will take me fewer than thirteen days to draft a response.
           Ms. Saillant raises new issues and makes new arguments to which I
           respectfully request the opportunity to reply in a letter that I
           will file with the Clerk as expeditiously as possible.
