Thank you for your letter. In the past few days I've been
bedeviled more than usual, by the arbitrary and capricious
roadblocks with which indifferent and perhaps somewhat
malicious bureaucrats stymie the various administrative
efforts to which I am committed, rather against my
inclinations. The generalization seems fatuous, but a 
detailed account of all that's gotten under my skin would
require more effort than it's woth and would in fact 
increase the irritation.
