Attached are the Articles of Corporation for
a Belmont Philharminic Society, Inc.  and a set of 
Bylaws for such an organization. I'm ready to file them
whenever you give your approval. I've listed Mommy, you
and myself as members, Mommy you and myself as Directors,
you as president and myself as treasurer and clerk.
Laura, Nathaniel and Rebekah can become involved whenever
they wish, at a day's notice, as might friends and
acquaintances if it seemed wise to enlist them and they
were willing. At what juncture, if at all, Nathaniel
should use the Philharmonic Society as an agency for
receiving donations (or selling tickets) for his concerts
is an issue separate from the process of incorporation.
Once it exists, the institution can be molded to suit his
needs and wishes. Time is not an issue. Once established,
the organization can remain dormant for years, indefinitely.
