My initial effort to obtain my AMA Profile failed.
They sent it to me, but apparently not to you.
This morning I tried again. Here's the result:



The Tennessee Board of Medical Examiners assured me
that they had mailed to you the requested report,
but agreed to send it again, giving me a fax number
with which my machine was unable to communicate.
I mailed them another form and within a week or
two you should receive it.

I'll be in touch with you by the end of the month,
unless you give me the green light before then.
