I presume the codicil which appoints you as executor of Margrit's
Canadian Estate to be invalid, inasmuch as the persons who
subscribed their names as witnesses to the codicil lived 63 miles
apart. I consider it unlikely that they convened to witness
Margrit's and each others' signatures.
