With respect to the plumbing inspection, you are 
probably aware that Section 10.04(2)(a) states:

"2. Upon proper notice of a request for an Inspection
of the rough plumbing, the Inspector shall make the Inspection
within two working days after receipt of such notice."

I can come to Nantucket on one day's notice any day in
the next two weeks. Because I prefer to take the regular
ferry, I would prefer an appointment at 2 p.m. or later.
However, if necessary, I could take the fast ferry or
fly from Hyannis so as to be on Nantucket in the morning.

If the Building Department makes trouble for you, and
if you think I should talk to their lawyer, please
let me know. I won't do anything unless you tell me.
