I've made a very good recovery from the uncertainties of
the hearing, and I now look forward to taking depositions
about the "report of ... deficiencies (with) the substantiation
of specific and detailed findings and reasoning." which is due
on June 10. Meanwhile it's off to Virginia to commune with
the hummingbirds. Time now to start packing. Please keep me
