re: Meyer v. Nantucket Building Department et al. SUCV 2008-05664-E Dear Ms. Saillant, Thank you for forwarding to me a copy of your letter to Mr. Kopelman. I'm sorry to learn that you withdrew from the case on February 1, 2011. However, so long as your name is listed on the docket sheet as representing the defendant, I consider it my obligation and will continue to serve on you all filings in the case. Permit me to say that I much enjoyed working with you both on this case and on the previous one, and I regret to lose the opportunity to greet you in the court room. I wish you a pleasant summer. Sincerely, Ernst J. Meyer =================================== This addendum was NOT sent: Note that it was Ms. Saillant who was representing Nantucket on Jan 12, when I served on her my motion to implement the ruling of the Appeals Court, and on Jan 31, 2011 when I filed the Rule 9a package. She never filed a notice that she was withdrawing from the case. On Feb. 3, when I first met Mr. Pucci he indicated that he had not been provided with a copy of that motion. I gave him my copies both of the motion and of the supporting memorandum. He asked ig he might keep it, and I gave him permission.
