           Please be advised of an error in your bulling for the above
           account. You are billing me for broadband internet services
           which I never received. When I initially agreed to receive
           the broadband internet, I was advised of the right to cancel
           my subscription within 30 days. I exercised that right and
           cancelled on the day that the service was supposedly installed,
           because there was no internet signal on the line and your
           technicians did not correct the failed installation as promised.

           I have paid for and will continue to pay for all CenturyLink
           local services. I have not paid and will not pay for the internet
           services I did not receive. I will not pay the "penalties" for
           failure to pay for such services. Please stop mailing to me
           bills which I am not obligated to pay. If you continue to harrass
           me with such bills, please also provide me with the name and
           address of the State agency with which I may file my complaint.
