Dear Mr. Gordon, Thank you for your continuing willingness to help me with my plumbing project. The Status Hearing set for June 16, 2011, was cancelled by the Court and has not yet been rescheduled. In line with Mr. Ciarmataro's directive to you: "You stay out of this," I arranged for Mr. Anthony Esposito, a licensed civil engineer, to whom I was referred by my surveyor, to look at the plumbing and to give me a written opinion not about the installation, but about Mr. Ciarmatoro's report and condemnation order with respect: a) to the truthfulness of facts cited, b) the correctness of its interpretation of the plumbing code, and c) its compliance with the Appeals Court order: FN13. The inspection of Meyer's work must be one of integrity and fairness. A report of any deficiencies must have the substantiation of specific and detailed findings and reasoning. I'm very much pleased that you plan to be present when Mr. Esposito looks at the plumbing. If Mr. Esposito keeps the appointment, we should arrive at 3 Red Barn Road between 12:30 and 12:45 p.m. on Thursday, August 25. If for any reason we do not leave Hyannis on the 11:00 Fast Ferry, I will notify you on your cell phone. Thanks for your help. Ernst J. Meyer
