Dear Mr. Esposito,

The Bank of America has not yet, as they had promised, credited
to my account the $610.00 of the lost check on which I have
stopped payment.  I will look at my account twice daily, and
as soon as the credit appears, I'll direct Bank of America to
mail you a check in the amount of $1450.00. I will keep you
informed of the details.

Meanwhile I have mailed to you two signed printed copies of
a letter containing sixty-five questions which I ask you to
answer simply with "yes" or "no". For your convenience, I
attach an electronic file with the text of the letter; but
it isn't necessary for you to edit or to print out what I
send you. If more work needs to be done on the questions,
please telephone me or e-mail me and direct me to make
any necessary changes.
