Dear Marion, Thank you for your letter, for your patience with my conceptual fantasies, for the picture of the barn. The attached questionnaire to Mr. Esposito absorbed my energies for two days. I'm recovering, though not as rapidly as I would. My thoughts are still in process of reconstituting themselves. Margaret and I are seriously flirting with the notion of going to Konnarock, perhaps as early as tomorrow, more likely Friday, Saturday or Sunday, - to stay no longer than three weeks. A court hearing, of course, if it were announced, could upset our schedule. Meanwhile, with due apologies for my infidelity, I'll return to my novel. Please remember that I'm always interested, - and more than interested, - concerned - about your medical problems, and keep me informed to the extent consistent with your need for privacy in this dimension. I'll try to write a more inspired letter, sooner rather than later. Jochen
