    1. The Right-Turn Signal and the Hazard Warning Flasher 
    function normally.
    
    2. The Left Turn Signal does not function.
    Replacing the Multi-Function Switch (at the steering column)
    was of no benefit.
    
    Suggestions for Repair of Non-Functioning Left-Turn Signal
    ==========================================================
    
    1. With an ohmmeter, check continuity between pins 4 and 8
    of multi-function switch. There should be continuity when
    the left-turn signal lever is turned "on", no continuity when
    it is turned "off".
    
    2. If the multi-function switch tests o.k., expose the
    junction block by removing the lower steering column cover
    and the knee blocker. Then pull combination flasher from
    junction block, clean prong terminals and replace.
    
    3. If necessary, replace combination flasher.
    
    4. If necessary, replace junction block.
