Breakfast tomorrow December 14, at 5:45 a.m. - Do I remember correctly? ====================================== Reflecting on today's hearing, I conclude that I should be able to turn it to my advantage. The Court's rejection of Mr. Esposito's questionnaire, her challenge of his qualifications, the unavoidable inference from her comments that this Plumbing Report/Condemnation Order is not so irregular as to preclude the Court's endorsement, creates an opening for me to obtain discovery. I am pondering a deposition of Mr. Esposito either here in Belmont or at his home/office in Plymouth, to be preceded by a formal rehearsal to give me an idea how he will respond to questions from me, and especially, how he will respond to questions from Mr. Pucci. I am in addition, considering a request to Nantucket for the production of documents, interrogatories to Nantucket, and a request for admissions from Nantucket. Subsequently there might be depositions of the Nantucket inspectors and of various Nantucket plumbers, possibly of Mr. Dirk Rogeveen and other "high level" government officials. Obviously, I'm much interested in your thoughts about these issues.
