Dear Mr. Gordon,

A hearing on my controversy with the Nantucket Building Department
was held yesterday in Suffolk Superior Court. The judge said she
didn't know anything about the case and referred it to Judge Macdonald
whose opinion in the case was overruled by the Appeals Court a year ago.
Judge Macdonald has been assigned to some outlying district and won't
be back in Boston until April when the next hearing is expected to be
scheduled. All this is just to keep you informed. I wish you and your
