With respect to the possible orchestra tour of Europe which you mentioned, the follwoing occur to me: 1) It's unavoidable that such a trip would be expensive. Some if not many - of the orechstra members would feel under pressure, might indeed be unable to finance their participation in the project. Unless you obtained comprehensive financial support from a governmental or non-governmental organization, might not such an effort fracture (perhaps irreparably) the spirit - esprit de corps - of your organization? You would want contingency plans for orchestra members who were injured, ill, or "went missing". Responsibility for persons under age 18, would be especially critical.
