I recommend that you ignore them all, and spend no time
on any. I will try to do better.

Margaret and I are well - according to age - as my father
was wont to say. I've decided to spend several hours each
day on house repairs, e.g. installing a disconnect switch
for the electric hot water heater, and installing a second
24 V transformer for the air-conditioner control board.
The single transformer which I installed in 2002 has been
overloaded all these years. Why the control board put up
with the deficiency for so many years, is a mystery.
