Dear Cyndy, http://home.earthlink.net/~ej1meyer/diary12/d120405.00 is a summary of today's events. This evening, I'm tired, but not discouraged. I didn't win today, but neither did I lose. Judge Macdonald didn't rule for me, but he couldn't rule against me. He is obviously very biased and would like to be able to uphold an adverse Board of State Examiners' decision. This evening I can't imagine how the Board could endorse Mr. Ciarmataro's report. They would have to send an Inspector to Nantucket to make an independent inspection and submit a separate inspection report that came to the same conclusion on the basis of detailed findings and reasoning. Awesome intellectual acrobatics. I'll try to get the legal work out of the way as soon as possible, so that I can get back to my writing. I'm surprised that for once I find nothing more to say. I hope you are well. Goodnight. Jochen
