Dear Mr. Gordon, This is my report to you of the April 5, 2012 hearing in Suffolk Superior Court of my plumbing dispute. The Nantucket lawyer did not challenge, and Judge Macdonald did not question the document that the engineer, Mr. Esposito had signed and stamped for me. Judge Macdonald was sufficiently impressed with Mr. Esposito's and your opinion that he did not accept the report of the Nantucket inspector. He did not order the destruction of my plumbing. He said that because he himself did not know anything about plumbing he would send the case back to the Board of State Examiners of Plumbers and Gasfitters. There are most likely years of litigation ahead, and as long as I am alive, I will keep you informed. Thanks again for your help. Sincerely, Ernst Meyer
