It now appears that in the foreseeable future, I will file further
appeals on unresolved issues raised by the above captioned case.
I am writing at this time to request that you preserve the pleadings
appendices and exhibits of 2009-P-1613 and especially the pleadings
and appendices of NACV 2005-0016 which was filed in support of a
motion in 2009-P-1613. I hope to incorporate some or all of the
