Below if the docket entry which was posted on the Trial Court web site this morning. NOTE that this "Dismissal Order" is conditional on my failing to file a motion for judgment on the pleadings. It is in effect an order to me to file such a motion or face dismissal. I will, of course, file the motion forthwith. Rightly or wrongly this turn of events validates my strategy of requiring the Court to take the initiative in bringing this phase ot the litigation to an end. It seems very likely that the next stage of the litigation will be an appeal to the Appeals Court.
