Dear Mr. Gordon,

The Appeals Court decision which I forwarded to you requires
yets another hearing before the plumbing board, which I expect
will takeplace some time in late May, or more likely in June
or July.

The Appeals Court requires "both parties to provide competent
evidence to the board concerning the effect of the deficiencies
and whether they support an order to completely remove the plumbing."
