Since Mr. Gordon had not replied to my e-mail, I finally
called his cellphone number at noon today. He answered
immediately. He agreed to come to Boston for an August 7, 2014
Board meeting. He was very voluble and very insistent. 
He has many disorganized thoughts that he needs to express.
He will make a difficult witness, but on balance I believe
his testimony will be favorable.

It was a lengthy conversation, perhaps as long as an hour.

controversy with me, but because he used a Town truck to
try to visit his estranged wife in violation of a restraining
order which she had obtained.

What consequences for my case, if any, Mr. Ciarmataro's misconduct will
have remains to be seen; but obviously, it won't make the Town's position
any stronger.

I've been downloading from Picasaweb, at the rate of about 200K bytes per
minute, the 35 incriminating photos that Mr Butler took pf my plumbing
installation, of which I'll provide copies to my witnesses to facilitate
their preparations for their testimony. When that's complete, I'll draft
and print a letter to Mr. Peluso, the Board's executive secretary, which 
I'll take to the Chilhowie Post Office tomorrow to mail.
