I ask:

a) that the Town rescind the Cease Desist and Abate Order of November 2008
and 
b) that the Town agree not to issue for 3 Red Barn Road an order to Cease 
Desist and Abate illegal plumbing in the future.

c) that the Town rescind the Inspection Report and Condemnation Order
of June 9, 2011, and

d) that the Town issue an occupancy permit for 3 Red Barn Road forthwith.

In return:

I offer to reliquish my rights to bring legal action for alleged injuries
against the Town and its Officers.

Any settlement to be approved the Superior Court as a Consent Decree.
