Dear Mr. Pucci, Thanks for your letter. Let's amicably agree, amicably to disagree. The focus of our disagreement is the meaning of words, specifically the meaning of the word truth. When Mr. Ramos testifies for you that on numerous of the 35 photos he sees a "wrong pitch" of various undesignated pipes, and then on cross- examination admits 23| MR. KILB: I'll attempt to clarify. When you were 24| testifying, were you testifying solely based on this picture or 25| your recollection of what it was that the picture is depicting? Page 80 1| DR. MEYER: I, I -- 2| MR. KILB: This is a question to the witness. 3| MR. KENNEDY: We're not -- just -- 4| MR. RAMOS: I walked through the system, I saw the system. 5| I'm recollecting what I remember from that system, and I know 6| all the violations on that. 7| MR. KILB: Okay, so when he's talking about this picture, 8| you're not only testifying about what you see in this picture, 9| but what you remember when you were there? 10| MR. RAMOS: Correct. 11| MR. KILB: Alright, thank you. Page 81 9| MR. RAMOS: I can't tell you at this second which pipe is 10| pitching the wrong way, but they know the pipes are pitching 11| the wrong way. 12| DR. MEYER: Okay, so you're, you're, you're quoting -- 13| MR. RAMOS: The pipe is pitching the wrong way in 14| different parts of this picture. I cannot tell you what one of 15| these pictures (pitches) are, but they are pitching the wrong way. that what he claims to be seeing on a photo as he looks at it is in fact visible not on the photo but only in his memory of the inspection four years ago, he in fact admits that what he claims to see on the photo exists only in his memory, exists only in his imagination, that he has been perjuring himself and that his testimony is fabrication. It's called "spectral evidence". That's what the Salem Witch Trials were all about, and that's what Meyer vs. Nantucket Building Department is all about. Not much progress in 315 years. Such fabrication is a contagious illness of the spirit, and the Final Decision and Order proves that the Agency is not immune. I know you can't agree, so let's cheerfully and charitably agree to disagree. Best wishes. Sincerely, Ernst Meyer
