The transcript of the August 6, 2014 Plumbing Board hearing
which you forwarded to me as a .pdf attachment, and for which 
I thank you again, is not "the agency's own transcription of their CD,"
but a transcript filed with the Agency by the Town of Nantucket.
In the context of Page 87 of the Griswold Transcript which I filed
with the Agency and with the Court, it appears that this transcript 
fails to comply with the directives of the Administrative Office of 
the Trial Court, fails adequately to document the 116 instances of 
inaudible speech at the Hearing, partially conceals the inaudibility 
of the testimony, and conceals the circumstance that "Witnesses, 
Mr. Pucci and Dr. Meyer (were) not miked", i.e. were not positioned 
at "live" microphones to record their testimony.

Please advise me what, if anything, I can do to facilitate your
assembly of the Administrative Record. Thank you for your help.
