September 10, 2015, 2:45 p.m. Margaret has developed just to the right of her sacrum a 5 cm diameter, deep red, flat, slightly raised nummular dermatitis which Klemens and I believe to represent early decubitus ulceration. Last night she slept on her left side; now she is lying - and sleeping - on her right side. She has had, in the past 24 hrs., about 16 oz of cranberry juice, 12 oz. of yogurt and several slices of cheese, ham and turkey, in addition to mashed potatoes and hamburger for supper last night. She slept well. She is not in pain, she is transquil, she has not wept. Love to all, Jochen
