Thank you for your letter. During the many months when Margaret's
health was declining and my days were spent caring for her, I often
thought of you in a similar predicament and wished that there was
some way I could help you. But nursing Margaret in her progressive
dementia was a full time job. But now that those duties are fulfilled
I would have time to do something for you, if I knew what you needed.

My ophthalmology practice has disappeared. I see about one established
patient every three months, but I still have my active license to
practice medicine in Massachusetts, and my "office", such as it has 
been, is still set up. If you thought seeing me once more would help,
