I am indifferent. My concern, as you may suspect, is not new 
windows, but the occasion of a joint project with you, whatever
that project might be.

I've thought of a technique for closing a balky casement window
from the inside, - by applying to the inside of the glass one of
the two very tight suction cup handles which I have bought for
the bathrooms. Such a handle, applied to the inside of the window
pane will permit an inward pull sufficient to close the window.
