Thank you once more for your interest and sympathy. Of course I will take
your advice and read the Appellee's brief. If you wished, I would be happy
to discuss the case with you over the telephone or in person in whatever
detail seemed appropriate to you. I expect to answer any questions that the
Court may raise at the Hearing; whether or not my answers will be adequate,
I can't anticipate.

The original Inspection Report and Condemnation Order is deeply untruthful
propaganda designed to mislead the Court into permitting destruction of
the installation. That propaganda is poison which precludes compromise. 
Unless that propaganda is retracted, neither the Town nor I can compromise.
