Making notes, while reading the Town's brief:
p.2: have a licensed plumber fix the deficiencies (which deficiencies??)
and the have the plumbing re-inspected. (what plumbing? only the 
deficiencies that have been "fixed", or double jeopardy for the whole 
installation? Trying to make a fool out of me (probably not necessary)
like telling the witch, "Let's resolve the matter by your slipping your
neck into the noose. Then we don't have to hang you.) 
Footnote 1 is irrelevant. 

p.6: "Meyer came back with a demand (for the) occupancy certificate."
is a misrepresentation. All negotiations for compromise were in writing,
and a discussion of them now should be based on the documents exchanged.

p.14: The Board found the following violations that were noted in the
inspection report are specifically depicted in the following photographs:
these statements are not true.
