This morning I awoke with an unusually dry mouth. This, after the second
night of frequent and copious urination. I had been sleeping through the
night without voiding until Feb 19 when I went to the toilet 3 or 4 times
as also last night, Feb 20. No pain or burning. Since as a matter of convenience
I urinate into 960 ml. yogurt containers, I can venture an estimate of total 
nocturnal urine volume these past two nights of 1000 to 1500 ml. The urine is 
very dilute and tastes slightly sweet. I'm not aware of any change in fluid 
intake.

The apparent change is probably random variation of no prognostic significance,
and my attention to it is probably a consequence primarily of my not having 
any real patients to treat. I mention it merely as a potential diagnostic hint,
since you will certainly at some future time be confronted with a change in my 
consciousness to which you will have to give a name.
