I am pleased to have you take initiatives toward
the completion of my Nantucket building project,
and I intend to support your efforts in any way
I can.

Inasmuch as the legal documents on file with the
Nantucket Deeds require my signature on any 
construction contracts relating to the property,
please make all such contracts in writing and 
submit them to me for my co-signature.

Thank you for your cooperation. I look forward
to working with you to get this house completed.
