Dear Ms. Lyons,

A new telephone number for the proposed new VoIP connection at 174 School St.
in Belmont MA 02478 is acceptable.

However, before I commit myself, I would like to know:
a) the connection/installation charges
b) the charges for the ATA adapter
c) the monthly charges for local and long distance service
d) any other charges,
e) the length of the contract, and
f) the costs of cancellation.

Once I have this information, I will promptly decide whether
or not to proceed.
