Dear Mr. (lawyers name)

I am writing to you as the Trustee of the
Marion Namenwirth Trust Agreement dated December 11, 2015,
a copy of which is attached.
On page 3, Section 4.1 of this document Marion Namewirth wrote:
"I own a one-half(1/2) tenant in commmon interest in real property
located in Dane County, Wisconsin. I have arranged with an attorney
in Wisconsin to prepare a TOD deed for me naming Felicia Ananda Lawrence 
Macindoe as grantee of that property if she survives me."

I am informed that you are the attorney whom Marion Namenwirth employed
to prepare the TOD deed in issue. Inasmuch as Trustee I consider myself 
responsible for the disposition all property held by the Trust, including
the tenant in common interest the the Dane County real estate, I
respectfully ask a) that you provide me with a PDF copy of the "TOD deed",
b) that you advise me whether this deed had been executed, and if so
whether it has been recorded, and c) that unless this information is
evident from the face of the deed of which you send me a copy,
you provide me with the page and deed book number where the real estate
in issue was last recorded.
