productive cough, transient (30 sec.) left sided chest pain radiating to
left scapula. T. 98.3, pulse 100, regular. felt weak and lethargic; but
will try to rouse myself to Home Depot to buy contractors bags to start
on the demarionization of attic and basement. Please advise how much you
wish to be involved in decision-making.

Looked for standard trustee's fees on the Internet. In California they are
4% on the first $100000, 3% on the second $100000 and 2% per $100000 to 
beyond the range of Marion's assets. (aggregate about $14,000) At what 
intervals, if any, these fees are recurrent, was left ambiguous. My tentative 
suggestion, you discuss the matter with Marion face to face when next you go 
to Minneapolis, let her decide on the amount if any, she wants to reimburse 
you for your work and expenses. Let her write the check, if any, as she sees 
fit. It's her money and as co-trustee she's empowered to write the check; 
and you can then conduct yourself according to the figures she comes up with.
