I'm ready to start clearing and cleaning the basement, filling
contractor's trash bags with useless items that have accumulated
over the years, to be disposed of Tuesday night. 

Do you wish me:
a) to proceed on my own,
b) to wait until you have time to participate, or
c) to hold items which you might hypothetically wish to keep 
   until you have had a chance to review them.
