Thank you for your offer for a right of first refusal to purchase our
land at 3 Red Barn Road. As I decline your offer, I want to reiterate 
that I have every intention: a) to give you that opportunity, if and 
when the property is offered for sale, and b) to give you the
opportunity to reposition your existing house on our property if 
you find no other haven for it and the encroaching ocean makes such a 
move necessary. My son concurrs.
